R-MC Swimmers Compete at Seahawk Invite

ST. MARY'S, MD -- Several members of the R-MC swim team traveled to St. Mary's College of Maryland today to participate in the Seahawk Invitational. Corinne Campbell led the way for the Yellow Jackets by shattering her own school record in the 200 butterfly. Her time of 2:11.69 was nearly 2.5 seconds ahead of her previous mark of 2:14.15, set during the 2007-08 season.

 

Sarah Almond competed and placed second in the women's 50 freestyle in a time of 25.15. Brianna Lovell also swam the 200 butterfly, and placed 4th in a new personal best of 2:21.54.
